My wife and I assisted her sister with a personal injury lawsuit because she was unable to navigate the process without our involvement.  Mr. Flahavan quickly assessed the situation and was an amazing advocate for his client.  Due to her injury she had no income the during the year required to settle the lawsuit and Brian paid all of her bills and provided money for her to live on until the settlement was resolved (which was deducted form the settlement).  He remained professionally and personally involved with all of us throughout the process and resolved the settlement, which was fairly agreed upon during mediation.  Brian was genuinely concerned with his client and remained friendly, very competent and trustworthy throughout a trying situation.
